Heute: Weltfilmbühne Programm Berlin 1949
Heute gibt es eine Kleinigkeit, die ich vor ein paar Jahren ersteigern konnte. Es handelt sich dabei um ein kleines Kinoprogramm, welches 1949 in Berlin ausgegeben wurde. Das kleine Programmheft besteht aus 4 Seiten und das Papier ist aufgrund des Alters rau und dick. Es ist vergilbt und jedoch ist die Schriftfarbe noch kräftig blau.
Das Programmheft zeigt das neueste Programm der Weltfilmbühne ein Kino in Berlin (Neukölln) am Kottbusser Damm 76. Laut Wikipedia gab es dieses von 1947-1964.
In diesem Flyer wird eine der bekanntesten deutschen Sherlock-Holmes-Filme beworben: Der Mann, der Sherlock Holmes war mit Hans Albers und Heinz Rühmann. Jedoch scheint dies eine erneutes Screening zu sein, denn das Kino zeigt den Film vom 4. März bis 10. März 1949. Der Film erschien jedoch bereits 1937.
Weiterhin findet sich allerlei Werbung von lokalen Geschäften in Berlin. Ich finde gerade aufgrund des Alters, den Farben und des Papiers dieses kleine Heftchen toll, auch wenn es fast gar nichts näheres von Sherlock Holmes zeigt.
Today: Weltfilmbühne Cinema program Berlin 1949
There is a small sherlockian piece of collection for today which I bought some years ago. It is a small cinema program, which was published/distributed 1949 in Berlin. The small cinema program consists of 4 little pages und the paper ist due to the age rough and thick. The pages are yellowed but the colour of the letters is a deep blue.
The program advertises the latest films from the cinema called „WeltFilmBühne“ (WorldFilmStage), which was a cinema in Berlin (district: Neukölln) at the Kottbusser Damm 76. According to Wikipedia it stayed there from 1947-1964.
This little program advertises one of the most prominent Sherlock Holmes film: Der Mann, der Sherlock Holmes war (The man, who was Sherlock Holmes) with Hans Albers and Heinz Rühmann. It seems to be a re-screening of the film because the original screening year was 1937.
Furthermore, you can see several other advertisements from local shops in Berlin. Due to the age, the colours and the paper, I really think this program is quite lovely, although it does not have much „Sherlock Holmes“ in it!
